public interface IPublisherAdapter<ENTITY>

Wraps the service activities of consolidating content/entity, preparing data-maps, calling a Publisher and refreshing the Cache for ContentExtractor for items that are being refreshed/replaced in the publish activity. to do the final publishing. The final publishing is just like a Printer, defined by Publisher.

Note: A IPublisherAdapter wraps a Publisher in its implementation
